We hope you fall in love with your purchase but if for whatever reason it isn’t quite right please email email@example.com to inform us that you are returning your purchase and we will provide a return address.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags and hygiene strips attached. Please ensure there are no marks left on the pieces when trying them on, this includes make-up, fake tan and bodily fluids. Please wear your own undergarments when trying on briefs and swimsuits! If pieces are marked or soiled they will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. We highly recommend sending items back using a tracked service. Half Baked will not be held responsible for deliveries that go missing in transit. If an item is faulty please inform the Half Baked team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and return the item ASAP so that we can investigate this for you.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and can take upto 7 working days to show up in your account.
Sale items sale can not be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for another size or colour of that specific style. Items bought with a promotional/discount code can be refunded within the return timeline.
Please print a copy of the returns form (link below) and place it in the return package. Return address will be sent via email. If you do not have access to a printer no worries please just add a note with your full name, order number and reasons of return :-)
